The Cambridge based cybersecurity firm Darktace is planning to float on the London Stock Exchange, it is estimated that the IPO could be worth around £3bn.
Darktrace uses AI to control its autonomous response technology. The company products give businesses the power to defend their systems from attacks and they already have over 4700 customers based in over a hundred countries.
