BabelFish To Launch Ethereum Token

Babelfish will be available to trade on Decentralized Exchange Uniswap Soon!

The Babel Fish project is a brand reboot of the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, a once-popular SciFi radio series and book anthology originally broadcast and published in the late 1970s.

BabelFish offers two unique opportunities for investors:

Babelfish is launching 42 years after the initial release of HitchHiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. Fans of the series know the answer to the ultimate question of life, the universe, and everything is 42. This bodes well for investors of MemeCoin.

Access to the most fun community in a cryptocurrency backed by a common love of Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy. Since its release, the book/radio series has achieved some degree of fame but more importantly has developed a wide cult following who are ecstatic to see the brand revitalized and given the attention it deserves.

The BabelFish team hopes to appeal to those who feel that Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy has never gotten the recognition it deserves and expand the community to others who have yet to see the brilliant philosophical nature of the book.

When branding the project, the team made sure to focus on recreating and modernizing the imagery included in the original production of Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy and straying away from the audio-visual branding that currently permeates the internet which is mainly sourced from the 2005 movie that greatly upset purist fans of the book. Even the name, BabelFish, is a callback to the series fans should appreciate. A BabelFish is a small, bright yellow fish, which, when placed in one’s ear, allows them to hear any language in the universe in their own native tongue. To quote the book, it is “probably the oddest thing in the universe.”

BabelFish hopes to tap into the large community of Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy lovers who have greatly benefitted from the philosophical ideas presented in the book.

Including Elon Musk who said this when describing why it is his favourite book in 2013:

“I guess when I was around 12 or 15…I had an existential crisis, and I was reading various books on trying to figure out the meaning of life and what does it all mean? It all seemed quite meaningless. So then I read ‘Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy’ which is quite positive, I think, and it highlighted an important point, which is that a lot of times the question is harder than the answer. And if you can properly phrase the question, then the answer is the easy part.”
